What is the minimum order requirement for regular-sized cupcakes?

We require a minimum order of a dozen (12) cupcakes for each online order of our regular-sized cupcakes. You can choose up to three (3) different flavors per dozen of cupcakes with a minimum of four (4) cupcakes per flavor. Are mini-sized cupcakes available for order?

Yes! Our mini cupcakes are available for order online. Our mini cupcakes are available at a price of $42 for two dozen (24) mini cupcakes, up to three (3) cupcake flavors with a minimum of eight (8) cupcakes per flavor per order. Mini cupcakes are perfect for any event!

How much notice do I have to provide for the delivery of cupcakes?

We request a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for all deliveries.

Where do you bake your cupcakes?

We bake our cupcakes in a North Hollywood commercial kitchen licensed by the Health Department.

Is Pick-Up Available?

Yes, you can pick up your order at our Designer Cart located at Westfield Topanga Mall (between Victoria's Secret and Louis Vuitton). Westfield Topanga Mall is located at 600 Topanga Canyon Blvd, Canoga Park, CA 91301.

If you live in the Los Angeles area and place an order for cupcakes and shoes, will they be delivered at the same time?

YES! When an order is placed for cupcakes and shoes in the Los Angeles area, we will deliver your cupcakes and shoes to you at the same time!

What is your refund policy for cupcakes?

All orders are non-refundable unless cancelled 24 hours prior to delivery.

What times do you deliver?

We deliver between 10am and 2pm each day. Upon placing your order online, we will send an e-mail confirmation of your order. We will then send an e-mail confirming the date and time of your delivery. We will follow-up with a call to confirm the date and time of your delivery. The morning of the date of your delivery, we will contact you via telephone to confirm the time of your delivery.

Where do you deliver your cupcakes?

Our cupcakes are available for delivery in the North Hollywood, Sherman Oaks, Studio City, Hollywood and Beverly Hills areas. There is a standard $5.00 delivery fee for all orders. At checkout, select "Cupcake Delivery-$5.00." Also, be sure to choose the date you would like your cupcakes to be delivered at checkout. If you would like to place an order outside of these areas, we will do everything possible to accommodate you and provide you with cupcakes!

Do you provide national shipping of cupcakes?

Do you offer gluten-free or vegan cupcakes?

How do I store my cupcakes?

At Cupcake Stiletto, we freshly bake our cupcakes without the use of preservatives so our cupcakes are meant to be enjoyed right away. If you plan to keep them longer than two days, place them in an airtight container and freeze. If frozen, allow to return to room temperature before serving. Do not refrigerate as this will dry out the cupcakes.

Are your cupcakes safe for those with allergies to nuts?

Cupcake Stiletto bakes with nuts on the premises. We recommend individuals with nut allergies err on the side of caution and refrain from eating our products.

Can I pay for my order upon delivery?

Unfortunately, no. All delivery orders must be paid in full online when the order is placed.

Is there a charge for cupcake delivery?

Yes. There is a standard $5.00 charge for all deliveries. At checkout, select “Cupcake Delivery-$5.00.”

What if I am not available to receive my delivery?

All of our deliveries must be received in-person. We only deliver to physical addresses within the North Hollywood, Studio City, Hollywood, Beverly Hills and general Los Angeles areas. Due to the delicate nature of our product, we are unable to leave the cupcakes unattended. Please arrange for someone to be present to receive the delivery. If no one is available to receive the delivery, your order will be brought back to our bakery and a re-delivery fee may apply.
