Return Policy
RETURNS
A Return is a bittersweet moment. We want to make the return process easy for
you.
You have a full 30 days from the original
purchase date to return a purchase of shoes. All shoes must be returned in their
original packaging and in brand new condition. Please try shoes on a carpeted
surface to avoid any damage. We unfortunately cannot accept returns for used,
dirty or damaged shoes and these will be returned at your expense. We cannot pay or refund shipping costs
related to your original purchase or any returns. Refunds will be issued to your original
payment method or you can receive a store credit in the amount of your
purchase. We do not accept the return of
sale items.
Please fill out the Return Slip included with
the shipment of your original purchase and ship it with your return.
Your shoebox must be placed inside of a shipping box to protect the
shoebox. We cannot accept shoes returned
with postage stickers on the original shoebox.
You will receive an email confirmation when
we are in receipt of your return and when the refund is processed. You will be credited for the amount of the
returned item in 3-5 business days from our receipt of your return, depending
on your banking institution.

You want to exchange your shoes? Simple. Place a new order then return the original order to us for a refund. Exchanges are only available for United States customers.
