Where is Shipping available for your shoes?

We provide FREE SHIPPING for our shoes in the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, and U.S. Territories.

If you live in the Los Angeles area and place an order for cupcakes and shoes, will they be delivered at the same time?

YES!  When an order is placed for cupcakes and shoes in the Los Angeles area, we will deliver your cupcakes and shoes to you at the same time!

 Is International Shipping available for your shoes?

Unfortunately, at this time, we do not ship internationally.  However, we are working hard to provide international shipping for our shoes soon.  If you would like to order shoes for international shipping, please select the “Contact Us” tab on the right side of this page and we will try to accommodate you.  STAY CONNECTED for updates!

What is the cost for shipping?

Standard shipping our shoes is FREE in the United States, including Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, and U.S. Territories.  See our “Shipping” subsection under “Customer Care” on our Homepage for more details.

What is your Return Policy for your shoes?

We want to make the return process easy for you.  You have a full 30 days from the original purchase date to return a purchase of shoes. All shoes must be returned in their original packaging and in brand new condition. Please try shoes on a carpeted surface to avoid any damage. We unfortunately cannot accept returns for used, dirty or damaged shoes and these will be returned at your expense. We cannot pay or refund shipping costs related to your original purchase or any returns. Refunds will be issued to your original payment method or you can receive a store credit in the amount of your purchase. We do not accept the return of sale items.

Is it safe to use your credit card with Cupcake Stiletto?
